IT SUPPORT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Server Backups / Updates.
- Keep equipment and spreadsheets up to date.
- Prepare quotations and orders for consumables beforehand and contact suppliers.
- Backup, format, re-install OS, software, security agent and distribute licenses.
- Provide fast technical support to all staff in a polite professional manner.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve any errors to computers, telephones, and photocopy machines in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
- 1-2 Years of work experience in IT environment.
- Knowledge of MS Windows OS, MS Office, AnyDesk.
- Knowledge in hardware and software configurations.
- Knowledge in file sharing permissions.
- Basic understanding of IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN.
- Knowledge in Azure AD, MS Windows Server & Active Directory will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge in configuring and handling Shadow Copies will be considered an advantage.
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Greek, written and verbal.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and apply IT skills.
