LAWYER for the Corporate and Commercial Law Department
Requirements
- Minimum 3-years of legal experience in matters pertaining to corporate financing, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Qualified Lawyer member of the Cyprus Bar
- Fluent in English Language
