Your Role
We are looking for an end user service oriented Help Desk Consultant with background in Accounting and/or Financial and/or Taxation, to join our team in Nicosia and contribute to the operation and end user support of Tax Administration solution of the Government.
As a Help Desk Consultant, you will be:
•Responding to queries via tickets, emails and telephone.
•Providing 1st level technical assistance to questions and problems
•Resolving end user problems and challenges with the use of the system
•Diagnosing errors, issues and the root cause of these.
•Properly escalating unresolved issues to correct resources
•Walking end users through problem solving process
•Following up with end users ensuring full resolution of the reported issues.
•Apply required changes to the system configuration when needed ensuring full resolution of the reported issues
•Training other staff members on troubleshooting and fixing problems
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance and/or Business Administration, or other related fields. Holders of LCCI Level 3 are also encouraged to apply.
•At least 1 years of working experience in accounting, taxation or administration/support of any Financial Management solution.
•Proven ability to efficient and effective communication
•Any Background and/or experience in taxation will be considered as an advantage.
•Any previous experience to help desk roles will be considered as an advantage.
•Excellent client-facing and communication skills in both Greek and English languages.
