Our ideal candidate is a specialised Corporate attorney with experience in the IT sector to serve as an in-house counsel and handle complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.
Responsibilities
- Consult and handle corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
- Draft and administer all contracts
Requirements
- Proven background on corporate law in the IT-sphere
- Specific knowledge and experience in IT and data protection
- Experience in IT-related agreements, licences are essential
- Management of clients and projects; strong client-relationships skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of the English language. Russian will be considered as an advantage
