Θανατηφόρο δυστύχημα, σημειώθηκε τα ξημερώματα της Δευτέρας (19/9), με θύμα στρατιωτικό στις Βρετανικές Βάσεις.
Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, το τροχαίο έγινε γύρω στις 02:00, στο δρόμο Λάρνακας-Αμμοχώστου, κοντά στον Αστυνομικό Σταθμό των Βάσεων Δεκέλειας, όταν ο στρατιωτικός κάτω από συνθήκες οι οποίες διερευνώνται, έχασε τον έλεγχο του οχήματός του με αποτέλεσμα αυτό να ανατραπεί και να βρει τραγικό θάνατο.
Τα αίτια του τροχαίου διερευνώνται από την Αστυνομία των Βρετανικών Βάσεων.
