CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding E-Commerce company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful applicant will work closely with other team members and external collaborators to design, build and optimize optimal user experience within the E-Commerce ‘space’. You will have a real passion for Art and Design as well as a keen eye and understanding of UX (User Experience). Previous experience working with E-Commerce platforms will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect, utilize and optimize all current data available and extract insights that will help to guild better iterations of our website.
- Work closely with team members and collaborators to design, build and optimize optimal user experiences during their e-commerce journey.
- Improve the layout and add creative flair to marketing materials, our website, help with our social media graphic needs, email marketing, video creating.
- Monitor competition/best practices and suggest fresh design ideas.
- Use graphic design software to turn a verbal concept into graphics Illustrate a concept by showing a rough layout of art and copy arrangements.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Passion for Art & Design, with a keen eye for UX.
- Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization guidelines.
- Love for Figma and other no-code tools like Photoshop.
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms is highly advantageous.
- A strong portfolio of creative work and graphic design.
- Strong communication skills in English.
